We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

DELIVERY
Select Delivery at Checkout and you will be offered a shipping rate to choose from. 
We use The Courier Guy to fulfill orders and rates are calculated relative to your delivery address & parcel dimensions.
Turnaround times for courier delivery will depend on the size of item and the option chosen in Checkout:
Local delivery (Cape Town) = Overnight
National delivery = 2-3 working days
Parcel tracking can be found at : https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track Tracking number will be stated on your Order Confirmation.

COLLECTION
Select Collection at Checkout and you will be guided to complete your checkout with no additional fees.
Orders will be ready to collect in 2-3 working days from Date of Order.
